RNC Installation & Configuration
Description
This program provides thorough understanding of RNC 3G Technology, product and hardware description of Huawei and NSN , with their data configuration and Operation & Maintenance. It exposes the participants to gain a hands-on experience on Equipment and Interfaces.
Objectifs
- Master the RNC interfaces and hardware
- Master the principle of RNC interface data configuration
- Mater the inputted parameters used in the CS and PS traffic mode
- Master the configuration steps, commands and parameters of : Iub, Iucs, Iups in IP networking
- Implement the dimensioning of RNC capacity, transmission and hardware
Prérequis
The candidate attending this program should have basic understanding of GSM & WCDMA technology.

Youcef Hadj El Arbi
Youcef , BSS RAN Operation Engineer , With more than 3 year of experience in the Wireless Access domain for the different technologies 2g/3g and LTE .
Graduated as a telecom engineer from the national institute of telecommunication of Oran on July 2012, right after this date he joint Huawei Algeria as Wireless engineer ,He work on deferent position for defferent Project in Algeria, Tunisia and Dubai as :
*Wireless engineer: Mobilis 2G swap and 3G new deployment project on deferent Wilaya ,
*Wireless LTE Engineer: Work on LTE FDD MPTIC trial Project
*Regional Project manager East region : Preparing the new project of 3g deployment of OTA by provider the site solution of Wireless part by managing site engineer and provide the technical support and be the interfaces between Huawei and customer OTA.
*Wireless 3G support engineer Tunisia: Orange Operators project handling the upgrade and cleanup alarm.
*Wireless team leader West Region OTA 3G project.
On March 2014 he have release from Huawei Algeria and work as 3G RAN Capacity engineer in Huawei dubai for two month.
After he come back to Algeria to get a new experience of new telecom providers as BSS RAN operation engineer working on NSN solution technology .
